This is a cumulative physical challenge for college students to get active over winter break, or for anyone else who wants to be progressive during the holiday season.The reason this challenge is cumulative challenge is because on Day 2, you will do Day 2’s as well as Day 1’s challenge. As for Day 3, you will do Day 3, Day 2, as well as Day 1 challenges, etc.

Day1: Stretch out.

Day2: 15 crunches (Don’t forget to do Day 1’s 15 push-ups as well.)

Day3: Go for a 20 min jog.

Day4: 15 push-ups.

Day5: 2 min wall sit.

Day6: 10 squat knee kicks.

Day7: 10 lunges for each leg.

Day8: 30 jumping jacks.

Day9: 15 leg lifts per leg.

Day10: 25 reps of bicycle ab work out.

Day11: Do some yoga.

Day12: 5 additional crunches (now at 20 total.)

Day13: 5 additional push-ups (now at 20 total.)

Day14: Add 5 minutes to jog (now 15 min total.)

Day15: Add 10 jumping jacks (now 40 total.)

Day16: Add 30 sec to wall sit (now 2.5 min total.)

Day17: 8 Tricep Kick backs.

Day18: 6 3-way kicks.

Day19: 10 side lunges.

Day20: 10 chair dips.

Day21: Add 5 crunches (25 total.)

Day22: Add 5 push-ups (25 total.)

Day23: Add 10 jumping jacks (50 total.)

Day24: Add 5 min to jog (20 min total.)

Day25: Add 5 leg lifts (no 20 per leg.)

Day26: Take a break (don’t do any of the challenge work out today.) Make chocolate cake.

Day27: 25 step-ups.

Day28: 20 reps standing twist.

Day29: 30 calf raises. 

Day30: Spontaneously burst out in celebratory dance for 5 min.

I ordered Domino’s and decided to play a little joke that would maybe garner a few smiles for those who work the night shift at motherfucking Domino’s. 

I ordered online, some sandwiches, three actually. One of them had literally nothing on it. 

About 3 minutes after placing the order they call me,

Domino’s Guy (DG): Hello, Ma’am you placed an order for [ADDRESS REMOVED]?
Me: Yep, that’s correct.
DG: Yeah uh, one of your sandwiches had nothing on it…?
Me: Mhm, that’s right.
DG: So you want nothing on your sandwich?
Me: Yeah, just the bread. I didn’t feel like going out and buying some.
DG: So…nothing?
Me: yeah! Oh and if you can toast it that’d be great.
DG: Uh…ok. Sure. It’ll be about 20 minutes, I just wanted to check…
Me: Yeah no problem! Thanks!
